What is Referral Code? And why?

1. Referral code is designed to avail the bonus to customers, the bonus amount can be utilised to get an extra discount during the product check out

Will I get Bonus amount on every referral that I made?

You can get bonus amount on every referral that you made, note: Every month maximum twenty referrals bonus amount can win by an individual user. To win more bonus you can send more referrals in following month.

How to use earned bonus amount?

Customer can click on apply button in product check out page to utilise the earned bonus amount. Note: Earned bonus amount is valid for one time use regardless of the order value.

Does My Earned Referral Bonus have an expiry?

Yes, Earned Referral bonus amount has a validity of 3months

• Do not misuse the referral mechanism by creating non authentic accounts

• We monitor our systems and mechanism thoroughly to maintain and control the policy violation, if it’s found that referral bonus mechanism is been misused by creating unauthentic email id’s to claim bonus, all such orders will be cancelled and all such user accounts will be suspended with immediate action.

• Bonus claim should be done with authentic email id’s and authentic user Id’s, right mobile numbers and no duplication.,

• In case of misuse of bonus or any order has been placed with such earned bonus (unauthentic way) with this Kibokomart will have a right to demand the amount of bonus consumed by user and user will be liable to pay back to Kibokomart Ltd.
